Course Outline

This session will focus on updating a new employee’s computer skills. These concrete skills are required for all industries. The emphasis will be on familiarizing the employee with Outlook mail package, MS Word formatting along with basic formula calculations in Excel. Concrete skills that are required for all industries The student will return to the office will a higher level of proficiency in the MS Office suite. The shortcuts and tips revealed to the student during the hands on session will help transition them into their new role with the organization.
