Course Outline
Do you ever suffer from stiffness in the neck and shoulders or tightness in the lower back? Do you fight leg fatigue? Learn how your physical environment and daily work habits can place stress on your skeletal and muscular systems and cause imbalances and the loss of strength. Identify and reduce repetitive movements and unsafe or unstable body postures, Heighten your body awareness by means of a series of exercises to improve posture. You will leave feeling inspired, rejuvenated, and strengthened!
