Essential Business Skills

The economy continues to evolve at break-neck speed. For organizations to stay competitive and for individuals to remain effective and marketable, an investment in essential business skills is - essential. These essential skills are reading text, document use numeracy, writing and thinking skills, oral communication, working with others, computer use and continuous learning.

Younger employees may need training in basic business protocols and competencies while more experienced employees may need an understanding of new and emerging management and system protocols.
