In today’s instant communication environment, what can you do to make sure your message gets heard? This seminar will help improve the effectiveness of daily business communications. Participants will review of the requirements of common business formats learn to:

  • Identify the core message and how to express it clearly and succinctly
  • Tailor a message for its intended recipient, indicate the desired result and provide information for an appropriate response
  • Choose the appropriate format: letter, memo, report, press release
  • Choose the appropriate medium: on-line and print differences
