National Seniors Council: Report on the Labour Force Participation of Seniors and Near Seniors, and Intergenerational Relations

The National Seniors Council recently conducted a survey on the labour force participation of seniors, baby-boomers, and intergenerational relations in Canada. This reports aims to address the opportunities and challenges arising from a rapidly aging workforce and offers solutions to overcome them.

Page 18 of the document (Page 24, footnote 50 in the PDF) mentions how the Workplace Institute can help work with employers to raise awareness of the need to develop an older workforce strategy, share the best practices, programs and services dedicated to unleashing the full potential of older workers.
