Being a baby -boomer myself, I agree with your article whole-heartedly.  I am 55 and no where near thinking of retirement.  It&#039;s just not a word in my vocabulary right now.  I was with the government in the mid to late 90&#039;s when they offered the no penalty if you retire at 50 and let me tell your, afterwards they were very sorry as a lot of those who turned 50 took advantage of this offer and at the same time all that knowledge left without anyone to follow.
