Optimizing High-Experience Employees©
By 2025, more than 20 percent of the Canadian population will be over the of age 65, double the proportion of 1980. There are currently five working-age Canadians for every person over 65. Very soon, that ratio will shift to 3:1.
Although current economic conditions have masked the potential consequences, the aging tsunami continues to build. Using an exclusive consulting approach, the Workforce Institute works with clients to identify potential workforce risks and provide solutions to optimize the employment of key high-experience employees. The Optimizing High-Experience Employees© program assists employers to mitigate workforce shortages and retain irreplaceable corporate knowledge.

Retirement Intentions Survey©
The Retirement Intentions Survey© is a proprietary survey tool developed by the Workplace Institute to assist employers with their workforce planning needs. Employees in an organization complete a ten-minute, online survey. By analyzing the responses, executives and managers learn how many in their experienced workforce are planning to retire at what ages and how many plan to stay – permitting long-range forecasting for hiring, training and employing future employees.
