The Workplace Institute's new Ottawa Education Centre in the Sovereign Building at 71 Bank Street in the heart of the city's downtown core, convenient for both government and corporate clients. The facility is fully wheelchair accessible and has been designed and renovated to ensure a relaxed and comfortable learning environment. Each and every room has natural sunlight. Lighting, colours, equipment and furniture have all been carefully selected to enhance the learning experience of all students.

Meeting Client Needs with a Commitment to Excellence

The staff at the Workplace Institute has extensive experience in coordinating third-party room rental requests and make customer service its priority. Facilitating room rentals and competition requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. We ensure that measures are put in place to address the needs of our clients. A detailed room rental request form is completed and reviewed by the Director of IT and our technical staff to ensure that all requirements are understood and agreed upon at least 15 days prior to the delivery date. Any special installation requirements, notations and software are provided at least 7 days in advance to our staff in order to maintain high quality control. This ensures that all questions are answered before our clients arrive the day of their session.
