Qualitative Research Services
Organizational leaders identify problems that require investigation through a formal research process. However, human resource issues are often multi-faceted and require information from multiple sources to understand fully the complexities involved.
Qualitative research methods are an excellent means for gathering a broad range of opinions and insights. In addition to collecting material from published sources, direct input from the people most concerned by a particular concern can have inestimable value. Moreover, when used in conjunction with quantitative research approaches, a more complete picture of the subject will emerge, thereby giving the best possible perspective for making decisions.

Quantitative Research Services
Quantitative research methods seek to gather data from a specific population about a particular, measurable issue. To be useful, the findings of any study must be valid and reliable. A wide variety of activities and tasks may be incorporated into any given research project.
By using precise statistical techniques, accurate results can be achieved from a quantitative study. Consequently, organizations can develop detailed and realistic plans to deal with their particular problems or interests. The interpretation of surveys, studies and analyses supply the objective information that permit executives to develop decision-making strategies in a rational fashion.

Retirment Intentions Survey©
The Retirement Intentions Survey© is a proprietary survey tool developed by the Workplace Institute to assist employers with their workforce planning needs.
