For the Employers

The economy continues to evolve at break-neck speed. For organizations to stay competitive and for individuals to remain effective and marketable, an investment in essential business skills is - essential. These essential skills are reading text, document use numeracy, writing and thinking skills, oral communication, working with others, computer use and continuous learning.

Younger employees may need training in basic business protocols and competencies while more experienced employees may need an understanding of new and emerging management and system protocols.

Whatever the need, businesses of every size benefit because these are skills that are transferrable within the organization and endure throughout an employee’s career.

For the Employees

Today’s employees are coping with more personal challenges than ever before while, at the same time, trying to deal with a rapidly changing and increasingly stressful business environment. After we receive a request for a customized workshop we will arrange a telephone consultation with you to thoroughly understand the unique issues, needs and workplace culture of your organization and your employees. Based on this discussion, our consultants will make the necessary revisions to the workshop content and methodology.

All custom workshops involve a subject matter specialist from the Workplace Institute and/or a qualified independent service provider. When we feel a customized program is ready to effectively address a specific organizational need, we will prepare a project proposal for your review.

Fees for the development, piloting, evaluation and final rollout of a custom training product are dependent on the specific requirements of each project.
